We’re passionate about parenting with intention.
Mainspring Family Wellness is dedicated to empowering families pursuing optimal wellness through education, collaboration, and discussions specific to Orange County and surrounding areas.
Our goal is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all families while encouraging personal growth and impacting our local community in a meaningful way.
We are the difference makers. We are the mainspring through which wellness flows through to our families, friendships, and communities. We are supporting positive change in ourselves, in our families, and in each other. Our hope is that the mental, emotional, and physical changes we are pursuing will help us raise a collective consciousness for families in our local community and beyond.
